We take the time to hire the best people for the job at hand and then provide extensive training. For example, today, a new title examiner must start their career in the classroom. Each new examiner spends 25 days enrolled in a title basics course called
“Title Processor Training” which must be passed before joining a title search or examination process as a trainee. This ensures that each team is staffed with knowledgeable team members.
